Schedule of Condition
Before entering into a lease the prospective lessee may be well advised to commission a Schedule of Condition in order to establish the condition of the property prior to committing to a full repairing and insuring or internal repairing and insuring agreement. Landlords may also find this service beneficial in establishing the condition of the property prior to a new tenant taking occupation. By attaching the report to the lease both parties are able to record the condition of the property at the commencement of the lease.
